The new app comes as part of the subscription and offers business users a hassle free way to get organised and become more efficient.

Microsoft has always been about boosting productivity and making it easier to stay on top of daily tasks, and this new offering is perfect for anyone with a lot to juggle.

Even the most organised person can struggle with too many administrative tasks, and without the right organisational tools we’re doomed to fail.  Working on multiple projects at once is notoriously tricky, particularly if there are lots of different colleagues and clients involved, so you need a flexible platform to keep everything streamlined and stop you becoming overwhelmed.

Microsoft Lists is a refreshingly easy solution that makes managing your workload (and personal errands too) a breeze. From shopping lists to questions, notes to meetings lists, this handy app allows you to storm through your to-do list like a pro.

Tailored to the way you work

Microsoft Lists is a bespoke platform that can be configured exactly how you want it. You can choose from pre-designed templates that enable you to see at a glance what you’ve got on for the day and prioritise your most important tasks.

It works in a similar way to Excel, so you can set your own rules and automated tasks that are all designed to save you time. It can even send communications to co-workers so you don’t have to. But unlike Excel, you don’t have to view your tasks in a spreadsheet format – instead, you can switch to calendar or gallery views for a handy visual reminder that suits the way you think.

Easy tracking

Microsoft Lists has been created to integrate seamlessly with all the other  Microsoft 365 apps, which makes it really easy to track progress and data. It’s the perfect partner for Microsoft Teams too, and all your tasks can be accessed from within Teams so you won’t have to keep switching between the two. With everything you need all in one place, you’ll be ticking items off that list in record time.

Included with Microsoft 365 Subscriptions

Microsoft Lists isn’t an added extra that you have to pay for; it comes as standard with all 365 subscriptions.

If you’re not already a subscriber, Teams could be a great reason to make the leap to a new, more efficient way of working. If not, it’s worth noting that by now, most of Microsoft’s old software is becoming obsolete, which puts you at greater risk of cyber attacks and costly downtime.
